The example business every visitor can open, drawn the way the product draws it: departments down the lanes, seats inside them, and the work moving along the legs between them. A $2.5M business with 14 agents running in it, and every figure on it computed from the model rather than typed into it.

What you’re looking at

A drawing that turns into an instrument

Every frame above is a department, every row inside one is a seat, and every dashed leg is work leaving one seat for the next. That is all a business is: a chain of transformations, where something goes in, something different comes out, and somebody (or something) is accountable for the difference. You draw it once. Then the agents you already run report what they actually did, against the seat each one holds, and the drawing starts answering with measurements instead of the numbers you typed.

First

You say what each seat is for

Every seat states what goes in, what comes out and who holds it: a person, an agent, a contractor or an outside firm. That’s a design, and on its own it’s still just a drawing. It costs nothing, and an account keeps it.

Then

The work reports back to its seat

An agent posts what it ran to the seat it holds. The canvas compares that against what the seat promised, and a measured ratio beats a stated one, so the number on the screen stops being the one you hoped for.

The part that matters

Silence is checked on its own

An agent that fails writes a failure. An agent that stops writes nothing at all, and nothing looks exactly like no problem. So absence is checked separately, against every agent the canvas knows about, and a seat nobody is monitoring is never drawn as healthy.

The four levels

One drawing, at four levels

Four ways into the same drawing, each one closer in than the last: the whole business, one department, one seat, and the recipe running inside it. Every card below is the working product against a real business, and every figure on it is computed.

  • Qualify an inboundwrittenfoundationAI agent

Decides fast whether this is a customer, and says so
    What it takes
    lead, and it returns verdict
    What you get
One verdict per enquiry: the arrival and verdict times, what they asked for in their own words, every required check answered passed, failed or unknown, the verdict word with its reason, the single question where one decides it, the roll call showing every enquiry filed exactly once, what the CRM knew, a drafted reply for everything that is not Not ours or Held, the consent position, what was assumed, and a nineteen-line checklist scored
    Where it stops
Drafts only, never sends. Never tells anybody they have been declined. Never prices, never promises a date, never confirms the business can do the work, and never infers a budget, an urgency, an authority or a size that nobody stated
    What it does
    1. Check it against the offer's disqualifier list first
    2. Ask the two questions that tell you budget and timing
    3. Record the verdict and the reason, not just a status
    4. Hand a yes to a desk immediately, and log a no with why

Why handing over the work usually fails

The usual story is that AI projects do not ship. The measured story is worse and more useful: they ship, and nobody can tell whether they worked.

What is missing is not deployment. It is that fewer than one organization in five tracks what AI returns at all, and one in nine cannot say what they spent on it.You cannot manage what was never instrumented. And the three questions nobody could answer before handing a job over are what it costs, what it returns, and where it has to stop.

This is built around answering them first. Is it just me? See where the industry actually is

A recipe is one job, written down properly: what goes in, what comes out, how you know it worked, and where it stops and asks you. They install into Claude, Cursor, Copilot and anywhere else that reads the open Agent Skills standard.

Accept or return

Reads a queue of qualified leads and returns one routed queue: every lead ended in exactly one of two endings, accepted onto a named owner with the clock reading that decided whether the agreed hours were met, or returned to Marketing's nurture naming the check that failed in the qualifier's own words with one sentence somebody can act on. Counts the returns by the kind of check that caused them, publishes the acceptance rate beside Marketing's own qualified count, refuses to return anything for capacity, contacts nobody, and scores an eighteen-line checklist line by line.

What you get
One routed queue per read: the moment and the clock, what the qualification verified check by check, every lead accepted onto a named owner or returned naming the check that failed with one sentence, the returns counted by the kind of check, the acceptance rate beside Marketing's own qualified count, the compliance block, what this decision cannot tell anybody, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Decides, records and hands over. Never contacts anybody, never sends a message, never books a call, never closes or deletes a lead, never returns one for capacity, and never lets an agent be the one who decides a return is fair
recipes/accept-or-return

Accounts receivable

Reads the ledger and returns one tracked balance: what is genuinely owed after everything paid, credited, part-paid, disputed or never actually sent has been taken off and listed with its reason, the aging and the two measures that move for different reasons, each customer's own normal and whether it has moved, who is genuinely late against who is merely slow, which of the four reasons for lateness fits each account, whether each account is a consumer or a business one and what that allows, one neutral drafted first contact per customer for a person to send, a handover pack for Collections, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One tracked balance per read: the ledger as of a stated moment, what was removed before anything was ranked and why, the aging and the measures, each customer's own normal, who is genuinely late, the reason for lateness per account, the consumer or business classification, one neutral draft per customer, the handover pack for Collections, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Tracks and hands over. Never sends, never adds a fee or interest the agreement does not carry, never states a consequence the owner has not written down, never stops work or holds an account, never writes anything off, and never chases an invoice it has not first proved is still open
recipes/accounts-receivable

Ad analytics

Reads what the ads actually cost over a stated period and returns one ranking: the period with the most recent days held back and why, the attribution window and model named once at the top, one basis applied to every row, the rows that cleared the floors ranked with the reason beside the rank, the rows too young or too thin named rather than ranked, what moved against its own trailing average, what is noise, where the platform's count and the business's own record disagree, the handoffs to Pause losing ads and to Test additional ads, what these numbers cannot be used to claim, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One ranking per period: the period and the held-back days, the window and the model, the basis, the ranked rows with the reason each sits where it does, the rows too young or too thin, the moves, the noise, the disagreements, the two handoffs, what the numbers cannot claim, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Reads and reports only. Never spends, never pauses, never changes a budget, never publishes a figure, never turns a measurement into a claim, and never ranks a row that has not cleared the stated floors
recipes/ad-analytics

Ad copy

Turns one campaign into three genuinely different ad copy versions, each with its hook, body, call to action and the reason it should work, scored against a sixteen-line copy checklist before it is handed back.

What you get
Three ad copy versions per campaign, each with its hook, body, call to action and the reason it should work
Where it stops
Drafts only, never publishes, never invents a claim, a number or a customer quote the business did not supply
recipes/ad-copy

Ad graphics

Turns one ad copy version into creative variants a channel will actually run, each with its concept in one line, its visual hook, its composition and safe-zone notes, the text on the image if any, a generation prompt and a negative prompt, and the specs for every format it is built for, scored against an eighteen-line creative checklist before it is handed back.

What you get
Three creative variants per ad copy version, each with its concept, visual hook, composition, generation prompt and per-format specs
Where it stops
Briefs only, never renders an image, never publishes, never invents a claim the picture makes, never builds a before-and-after, never fakes an interface, never proposes an asset the business has no rights to
recipes/ad-graphics

Billing support

Answers one billing question from what the record actually says and returns a draft that can be checked: the account it was matched to and how, the answer with an exact figure and an exact date, the arithmetic where a right charge looks wrong, the next retry date where a payment failed, a money request drafted for a person where anything would move money, a correction handed to whoever owns the ledger where the invoice itself is wrong, a routing with its deadline where the question is really a dispute, what the record does not say, a compliance block, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One handled billing question: the account it was matched to and how, the answer with an exact figure and an exact date, the arithmetic, the money request drafted for a person, the correction for the ledger's owner, the routing with its deadline, what the record does not say, the compliance block, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Never moves money and never promises that money will move. No refund, no credit, no waiver, no plan change, no cancellation, no invoice edit, no card change, no dispute response. Each of those is drafted as a request to a person, and a disputed charge is routed rather than answered
recipes/billing-support

Bookkeeping

Takes a period of bank and processor transactions and returns a categorized, reconciled ledger plus the short list of things only a person can decide: the period and the locked periods it did not touch, what matched a document, what was coded and by which rule, what was split and on what basis, the money that is held rather than earned, the transfers and the owner's own spending, the bank balance against the ledger balance with the difference itemized, what it expected to see and did not, the person who owns the books, what it could not see, and a twenty-two-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One categorized ledger per period: the period and the locked periods untouched, the matches, the codings with the rule that decided each, the splits with their basis, the held money, the transfers and owner items, the two balances and the itemized difference, what was expected and missing, the decision list, the owner of the books, what could not be seen, and a twenty-two-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Never guesses a category. An uncertain transaction goes to the person, not to the closest-looking account. Creates, amends and deletes nothing, reopens no closed period, moves no money, and never posts a difference to suspense to make two sides agree
recipes/bookkeeping

Build the audience

Turns one market and one offer into paid-media audiences that each rest on a different signal, awareness stage or breadth, with who they are in plain words, the targeting that reaches them, the exclusions, the size band checked against the budget, the legal shape and the first ad angle written down, scored against a sixteen-line audience checklist before it is handed back.

What you get
Audiences for one campaign, each with who they are in plain words, the targeting that reaches them, its exclusions, its size band and the first ad angle that fits
Where it stops
Drafts only, never launches, never uploads a list, never targets a protected class, never invents a list size, a reach figure, a match rate or a consent the business does not hold
recipes/build-the-audience

Build the ROI case

Turns a buyer's brief into one argued case: every figure placed in exactly one of four places so the buyer can see which numbers are their own, each saving argued on its own with its inputs, its arithmetic and the mechanism in the offer that produces it, the offer's own costs subtracted rather than shown beside the benefit, the double count checked aloud, every estimate risk-adjusted and the adjustment disclosed, a payback period and a discounted measure at a named rate, the one input the total is most exposed to, what could not be computed, what the case may not be used for, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One argued case per brief: the brief it was built from, every figure placed in one of four places, each argument on its own with its working and its mechanism, the offer's costs netted, the double-count check, the risk adjustment, the comparison against what the buyer does today, the payback period and the discounted measure, the sensitivity, what could not be computed, what the case may not be used for, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Argues and hands over. Never sends, never guarantees a result, never states what another customer achieved unless this business can show the evidence, never prices the proposal, never invents a figure the buyer did not give, and never presents an assumption as the buyer's own number
recipes/build-the-roi-case

Business development

Takes one named account, channel or market the business does not currently reach and returns one approach: the disqualifying test that says whether this is a new route or the pipeline under a longer name, what the business knows about the target separated from what it assumes, who has to say yes by role, the way in chosen from four with the reason the other three were not, the horizon and the separate number it will be judged on, the stop condition written before anything is drafted, where every name on the list came from, one neutral first contact drafted per named person for a person to send, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One approach per named route: the disqualifying test answered first, what is known separated from what is assumed, who has to say yes by role, the way in with the reason the other three were not chosen, the horizon and the separate number, the stop condition, where every name came from, one drafted first contact per named person, the compliance block, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts and hands over. Never sends, never connects, follows or adds anybody to a list, never claims a relationship or a result the business cannot show, never states a price or a term, never buys or gathers a list, and never opens a route into capacity the business does not have without saying so
recipes/business-development

Campaign design

Decides what the campaign IS before a word of it is written, and hands the decision to the seven recipes downstream. Names one objective in the business's own words and the platform objective it maps to, links the commercial, behavioral and attitudinal layers with the arithmetic between them, writes the audience and the offer as one pairing with the occasion that makes it land now, names who is deliberately excluded, names one measurable result and says which of four sources its target came from, refuses every benchmark that is not the business's own, states the envelope, the period and the rate, multiplies the learning threshold out loud and says plainly when the money cannot buy an answer, decides the channel against query volume, creative and measurability, writes one key message with proof the business can evidence today, declares the special ad category in either direction, writes the review date and the stop condition before launch, names what each downstream recipe reads out of the plan, names the person who must agree the budget, and scores itself against a twenty-one-line checklist.

What you get
One campaign plan per flight: the one objective and the platform objective it maps to, the three linked layers with their arithmetic, the audience and offer as one pairing with its occasion and its exclusions, one result metric with its target and the source of that target, the envelope, the period and the rate with the viability multiplication shown, the channel and the reason, one message with proof points evidenced today, the special ad category declared, the review date and the stop condition, the handoff named recipe by recipe, the approver and the number they agree, the questions only a person can answer, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts and asks only. Never spends, never sets a budget in an account, never builds an audience, never writes a headline, never publishes, never invents a benchmark or a close rate, and never passes a claim the business cannot evidence today to the recipes downstream
recipes/campaign-design

Chase what nobody answered

Finds the quotes, proposals, invoices and asks that were sent and never answered, and returns one chase list: the silence window as a number of days, the date each thread's clock actually started, what came off the list and why, the order on one stated basis, the touch number for every row counted against a ceiling, a short draft for each, the price-silences flagged separately, a close-out for every thread that has run its cadence, what permission the business holds for any channel other than the one already in use, what the recipe could not see, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line. Nothing is sent.

What you get
One chase list per run: the window and the clock, what came off and why, the order, a draft per row with its touch number against the ceiling, the price-silences, the close-outs, the channel line, what could not be seen, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts only. Nothing is sent, nothing is promised, and no price, date, discount, hold or term the business has not already put in writing appears in any draft. A person reads and sends every follow-up
recipes/chase-what-nobody-answered

Close and hand over

Reads the deal file at the moment somebody says yes and returns one closed file: the scope confirmed back in writing before anything is signed, every objection still open listed as open, the terms taken from the offer with every departure named and anything below the price floor stopped at the gate, who signs and what the file says about their authority, the deposit position with the statutory cap flagged rather than answered, the cancellation rule flagged where a consumer bought away from the premises, the handover pack for production with every gap named, the customer's what-happens-next note with one action, one date and one named owner, the post-sell block, what is not closed, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One closed file per deal: the scope confirmed in writing, what is still open, the terms and every departure from them, who signs and their authority, the deposit position and the cap question, the cancellation flag, the handover pack with its gaps named, the customer's next-step note, the post-sell block, what is not closed, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Prepares and hands over. Never signs, never sends, never takes a deposit or any payment credential, never tells production to start, never states a term the offer does not carry, never discounts below the price floor without the owner, and never rules on whether an agreement binds
recipes/close-and-hand-over

Define the offer

Turns one market need into offer variants that each move a different value lever, with the dream outcome, the problems-to-solutions stack, the delivery, the guarantee, the price frame and the real scarcity written down, scored against a twenty-line offer checklist before it is handed back.

What you get
Offer variants for one market need, each with its name, dream outcome, stack, guarantee, price frame and the reason it should work
Where it stops
Drafts only, never prices live, never publishes, never invents a result, a guarantee, a limit or a capacity the business does not have
recipes/define-the-offer

Discount control

Reads a month of quotes and returns one reading per seller: the quotes that came off the pile before anything was rated and why, the list price each discount was measured against and where it is published, the whole waterfall from list price to pocket price rather than the discount written on the quote line, a rate per seller with the count of quotes under it and the spread beside it, the simple mean and the revenue-weighted mean side by side, every discount past the ceiling with its approval on record or the absence named, the outcomes beside the discounts with every discounted quote that was lost anyway, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One reading per seller per month: the month and the source, the quotes removed before anything was rated and why, the list price and where it is published, a waterfall per surviving quote, a rate per seller with its count and its spread, the simple and revenue-weighted means, every discount past the ceiling with its approval state, the outcomes beside the discounts, the precedent each discount sets, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Monitors and publishes. Never sets a ceiling, never approves or refuses a discount, never changes a price, a quote or a customer's terms, never says a discount won a deal, and never names a person where the business has not asked it to
recipes/discount-control

Follow up sequence

Takes one deal that has stalled after a quote or a proposal and returns its whole remaining follow-up sequence: day 0 as a date, every message already on the record sorted into touches and not-touches, the touches already spent counted against a ceiling, why it stalled, the planned touches each with its own date and its own job, a short draft for each, the one touch that asks for a no, the end date, the stop rule, the channel and consent line, what is recorded when an answer arrives and where a no goes, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line. Nothing is enrolled and nothing is sent.

What you get
One follow-up sequence per stalled deal: day 0, the message history sorted into touches and not-touches, the touches spent against the ceiling, why it stalled, the planned touches with their dates and jobs, a draft each, the no-ask touch, the end date, the stop rule, the channel line, what gets recorded, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts only. Nothing is enrolled in any sending tool and nothing is sent, and no price, date, discount, hold, extension or term the business has not already put in writing appears in any draft. A person releases every touch by hand
recipes/follow-up-sequence

Forecast from stages

Reads the open pipeline and returns one forecast: the pipeline as of a stated moment, every deal taken off before anything was forecast and why, a conversion rate per stage with the number of closed outcomes under it, every stage too thin to carry a rate named as having none, the expected value, the range with its interval and method named, the two or three deals the range actually turns on, what is stuck and what has already slipped its close date, last period's forecast scored against what actually closed, the seller's own call beside the model's with the gap named, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One forecast per read: the pipeline as of a stated moment, what was taken off before anything was forecast and why, a rate per stage with its sample and its window, the stages that carry no rate and the value sitting in them, the expected value, the range with its interval and its method, the deals that dominate it, what is stuck and what has slipped, last period's forecast against what actually closed, the seller's call beside the model's, the assumptions the range rests on, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Reads and reports. Never writes a stage, a close date, an amount or a quota back to any system, never sends anything, never publishes a per-seller rate on a sample below the stated minimum, never presents its own number as a commitment, and never leaves the business without a person deciding that it should
recipes/forecast-from-stages

Keep the relationship for the next sale

Reads the customer list and returns one nurture round: every past customer who is not currently buying, read at a stated moment, with every suppression and every account that is not a warm-up case taken off first and listed with its reason, each customer's own buying rhythm and whether they are quiet or probably gone, the channel each one actually consented to, the reason for contact that is not an invoice, the addresses held back to protect the business's deliverability, one drafted contact per customer for a person to read and send, what will be counted and by whom, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One nurture round per read: the customer list as of a stated moment, who owns it, what was suppressed and why, what was lifted out and where it went, each customer's own normal gap and whether they are quiet or probably gone, the channel each consented to, the reason for contact per customer, the addresses held back, one drafted contact per customer, what will be counted and by whom, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts and hands over. Never sends, never calls, never texts, never offers a price, a discount or a credit, never contacts anybody who has asked this business to stop, and never states anything about a customer's history that the list does not hold
recipes/keep-the-relationship

Key account plan

Takes one large customer and returns one plan with owed actions: what the account is actually worth from the record and what it could be worth as a hypothesis with its assumption written down, what share of the whole business this one customer is and what their leaving would do, the buying group with every person's own stake and every person nobody has ever spoken to named as a gap, what the customer is trying to do in their own terms, at most three priorities for the period with the dropped ones listed, owed actions each carrying exactly one named person and one date, everything that was owed last time and never happened retired with its reason, the risks each with an early indicator, everything touching price, terms, scope or hospitality gated for the owner, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One plan with owed actions per account per period: what it is worth and what share of the business, what it could be worth and on what assumption, the buying group with its gaps, what the customer is trying to do, at most the capped number of priorities with the dropped ones named, owed actions each with one person and one date, last period's actions retired or carried, the risks with their early indicators, everything gated for the owner, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Plans and hands over. Never contacts the customer, never offers or agrees a price, a discount, a term or a change of scope, never books or promises anything given or hosted, never answers a price-discrimination or a gift-rules question, and never writes an owed action nobody's name is on
recipes/key-account-plan

Meeting to action items

Turns a meeting into one record: the source named and what it could not carry, who was there, what was decided with the context it was made in and one consequence that follows, who decided each one, what somebody now has to do with a verb, one owner, one date and a place it lands, everything the meeting did not say marked rather than filled in, what is still open written as the question it is, what has been open three times and is therefore a decision nobody is making, what gets said outside the room, what is sensitive and goes to a person instead, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One record per meeting: the source and what it could not carry, who was there, the decisions with their context and one consequence each, the actions with a verb, one owner, one date and a landing place, everything the meeting did not say marked as unclear or proposed, the open questions, the items open a third time, the cascade, what goes to a person instead, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Proposes and records only. Never assigns, never schedules, never sends, never files, never publishes, never fills in an owner or a date the meeting did not give, and never writes the circumstance behind a named person's performance, pay, health or conduct into the circulated record
recipes/meeting-to-action-items

Pause losing ads

Drafts the pause list and hands it to a person, and never turns anything off. Writes the rule down and dates it before the reading is opened, names the metric, the line and where the line came from, ends the window before today by a stated buffer, gives every live row one of three verdicts, shows the arithmetic that produced each stop rather than an adjective, protects rows inside learning and rows the platform has labeled tired, holds every row under the evidence floor, states the level of every line because resuming a parent does not resume its children, refuses to quote a saving, writes a learning note for every stop, states the share of live spend on the list, names the approver, and scores itself against a twenty-one-line checklist.

What you get
One pause list per cadence: the rule written and dated before the reading, the window and the buffer excluded from its end, one verdict per live row from a fixed three, the arithmetic behind every stop, the level of every line, what is missing behind every hold and what ends it, the share of live spend on the list, a learning note per stop, the approval block, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts and asks only. Never pauses, never resumes, never removes, never changes a budget, never spends, never publishes a figure, never quotes a saving, and never issues a stop verdict on a row that has not cleared the evidence floor
recipes/pause-losing-ads

Place the ads

Drafts the launch plan for a paid campaign, level by level, from the ads a seat already has: the structure, the budget with the arithmetic that proves it can buy the platform's own learning threshold, the bidding, the placements, the conversion tracking and naming, the schedule with the date nothing may be edited before, the exclusions, the retargeting pool, and the pre-launch checklist scored line by line, so a person can approve the spend and launch it.

What you get
One launch plan per campaign: structure, budget and bidding, placements, tracking and naming, schedule, exclusions, the retargeting pool, and a twenty-line pre-launch checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts only, never spends, never publishes, never creates a campaign or sets a budget in an account, never launches without a named person approving a named number, never adds a claim the upstream seats did not supply
recipes/place-the-ads

Product support

Answers one how-do-I question from what the business has actually written down, and returns an answer that can be checked: the question as the customer asked it beside the question being answered, every source searched and every source found, the answer in the customer's own words with the exact steps, the version or plan the answer depends on, the conflict where two sources disagree, an escalation carrying its own search where nothing covered it, a gap record either way, what the documentation does not say, a compliance block, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One answered how-do-I question: the question as asked, every source searched and found, the answer with its exact steps and its qualification, the conflict where sources disagree, the escalation where nothing covered it, the gap record, what the documentation does not say, the compliance block, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Never states a fact about the product that a written source it was handed does not carry, and never moves money or promises that money will move. No refund, no credit, no waiver, no exception, no commitment to a fix, a release or a date. Each of those is drafted as a request to a person, and a question nothing covers is escalated rather than answered

Qualify

Takes the leads a seller is about to work and returns one qualification each, from a conversation rather than from a form: the up-front contract as it was agreed, what they came for in their own words, every required check on the offer's own checklist answered passed, failed or unknown with whose words it came from, the disqualifying questions asked before anything that sells, one decision word per lead, the booked next step with its date and its owner, the no said in the conversation rather than written afterwards, the named return leg for everything not taken, the leads nobody actually reached, the compliance block, the roll call of the whole batch, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One qualification per lead: the conversation and when it happened, the up-front contract as agreed, what they came for in their own words, every required check answered passed, failed or unknown with whose words it came from, the disqualifying questions and their answers, one decision word, the booked next step with its date and owner, the no said out loud where it is a no, the named return leg for everything not taken, the leads nobody reached, the two measures, the roll call of the batch, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Decides and books. Never sends a decline in writing, never prices, never promises a date or a lead time the offer does not already carry, never makes a claim about a previous customer, never records as verified anything the conversation did not verify, and never lets a lead leave without a named return

Qualify an inbound

Reads a new enquiry against the offer's own checklist and returns one verdict per enquiry, inside the hour: what they actually asked for in their own words, every required check answered as passed, failed or unknown, one verdict word with the reason a person would give out loud, the single open question for the ones a question would settle, the ones with too little in them to judge at all, the ones the business may not contact, what the CRM already knew, a drafted reply that answers what they asked before it asks anything back, the consent position, what was assumed, the handoff to Record the verdict, the roll call of every name in the batch, and a nineteen-line checklist scored line by line.

Never prices, never promises a date, never confirms the business can do the work, and never infers a budget, an urgency, an authority or a size that nobody stated
recipes/qualify-an-inbound

Quote or propose

Turns a scope into one priced document nobody has sent yet: the scope item by item in the customer's own words, what is missing from it and what each gap could cost, a price every line of which is traceable to a list entry or a written rate with anything off-list named as off-list, what it excludes and what it assumes, up to three real options the business would honor at the price shown, whether it is a firm offer or an estimate and how long it stands, the terms and the cancellation right where the fact pattern raises it, what happens next and the date somebody will call, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One priced document per scope, unsent: the scope item by item in the customer's own words, what is missing and what each gap could cost, the price with every line traceable, the exclusions and assumptions, the options, what it binds and for how long, the terms, what happens next and the date somebody will call, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Scopes, prices and drafts. Never sends, never issues a price below the floor or outside standard terms, never states a guarantee, warranty, delivery date or outcome the business has not written down, never shows a comparison price the business did not actually offer, never writes an option it would not honor at the price shown, and never answers a legal question about what the document binds

Renewal run

Turns a renewal month into one worked list: every agreement due to renew in the stated month drawn from the agreements themselves, the value and the date taken off the agreement rather than inferred, which of the four kinds of renewal each one is, one named person against every row with an honest unassigned block, the notice period and the last date a decision can actually be made, what is at risk and which signal said so, what may be said about money and what may not, the review dates that keep the list alive until the month closes, one neutral check-in drafted per live account for a person to send, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One worked list per month: the month and the sources named, every agreement due to renew in it, which of the four kinds of renewal each one is, one named person per row, the notice period and the last date a decision can be made, what is at risk and which signal said so, what may be said about money, the review dates, one neutral check-in drafted per live account, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Plans and hands over. Never renews, confirms, cancels, invoices or sends, never states a price, discount, fee or credit the agreement or the owner has not written down, never makes a cancellation harder, never answers an automatic renewal disclosure question, and never presents a renewal as open once its notice window has closed

Report for your seat

The reporting agent every seat has. Returns one feed per period: the period and the cadence, one row for every seat on the canvas whether or not it reported, the one number each seat owes with its unit, whether that number was pulled from a named system or reported by a named holder, the context it has to be read against, the silent seats named as silent rather than as zero, what was late and on which clock, what was escalated and on which of the two ladders, every message drafted and never sent with the person who releases it, what the feed becomes as a record, what it cannot tell anybody, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line.

What you get
One feed per period: one row for every seat, the number it owes with its unit and its provenance, the context it is read against, the silent seats, the late ones, the escalations on two ladders, the messages drafted and not sent, what the feed becomes, what it cannot tell anybody, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Collects and reports only. Never judges a number, never appraises a person, never invents a figure, never renders a silence as a zero, never escalates past the owner or outside the business, and never sends: every message and escalation is drafted for a named person to release

Test additional ads

Drafts the test plan for the next round of ads: the hypothesis written so it could be wrong, the one variable it moves and what is held still beside it, the cells with the exact copy and creative each runs, the budget per cell with the arithmetic that says whether it can buy a readable answer, the duration against both clocks, the decision rule agreed before the start, what happens to the winner and the losers, and an eighteen-line checklist scored line by line, so a person can approve the test budget.

What you get
One test plan per cycle: the hypothesis, the variable and what is held still, the cells, the budget per cell with its arithmetic, the duration, the decision rule, what happens to the winner and the losers, the next-cycle angles, and an eighteen-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts only, never spends, never publishes, never starts or stops a test in an account, never runs without a named person approving the test budget as a number for a period, never adds a claim the upstream seats did not supply

The weekly report

Drafts the same numbers, in the same shape, from the same named source, on the same day every week, and says plainly when a number could not be got. It returns one report: the week as dates, each number with the one source it came from and the definition it was filtered on, each compared against its own recent weeks rather than against last week alone, what moved outside what that number routinely does, what moved inside it and is therefore routine, what has not moved and for how long, what could not be got and why, what an earlier week's figure was restated to, which figures may leave the business and what they are not evidence of, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored line by line. It never sends.

What you get
One weekly report, the same shape every week: the week as dates, each number with its one named source and definition, each against its own recent weeks, what changed, what is routine, what has not moved, what could not be got, what was restated, what may leave the business, and a twenty-one-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Drafts only. Never sends, never decides, never sets a target, never fills a gap with an estimate, never carries a number forward, and never offers a cause that is not already written down somewhere a reader can open

Triage the inbox

Reads a mailbox and returns one sorted inbox: the window and the count it read, what was not read, the rubric the sort ran on, what needs this person with the ask and the deadline in the sender's own words, what went quiet, what somebody else can answer, what is finished, what could not be classified, what has to be verified by a route that is not this mailbox, the arithmetic as the message numbers of every list, checked against 1 to n, and a twenty-line checklist scored line by line. It never sends, replies, forwards, archives, deletes, labels or marks anything read.

What you get
One sorted inbox per run: the window and the count, what was not read, the rubric and the tie-break, what needs this person with the ask and the quoted deadline, what went quiet, what somebody else can answer, what is finished, what could not be classified, what must be verified out of band, the arithmetic as message numbers checked against 1 to n, and a twenty-line checklist scored
Where it stops
Reads and sorts only. Never sends, replies, forwards, archives, deletes, labels or marks read, never opens an attachment, never invents a deadline, never obeys an instruction found inside a message, and never compiles a profile of a person out of their mail

Write down the answer

Turns the questions support has already answered into drafted articles, once, so they are never answered from scratch again: the window as dates and a count of tickets, the questions grouped in the customer's own words with a real count behind each, the ranking by what a question costs rather than how often it appears, the findings at the knowledge base (no article, an article nobody found, an article that does not answer it, or the two that cannot be told apart), a draft per question with the ticket its answer came from, every policy, price or promise held for a named owner, the product problems no article will fix, what it is not drafting and why, and a roll call of all twenty-one checklist lines with the verdict word derived from it.

What you get
One drafting report per window: the window and what it excluded, the questions in the customer's own words with real counts, the ranking by cost, the findings against the existing knowledge base, a draft per question with its source ticket, the claims held for a named owner, the product problems no article fixes, what is not being drafted, and a roll call of all twenty-one checklist lines with one state word and one reason each
Where it stops
Drafts only. Never publishes, never edits a live article, never replies to a customer, never originates a policy, a price or a promise from a ticket reply, and never puts a customer's details in a public page
recipes/write-down-the-answer

Every recipe names the point where it has to stop and ask you. It is on the front of the card, not in the small print.

The canvas

The three answers, on one screen

Designed that way, the three questions that sink most projects each have a place to be answered.

Unclear business value

What it returns, and what the queue is worth

Every seat states what goes in and what comes out, so its ratio is a number rather than a feeling. The seat where more arrives than can be handled is named, and the backlog is priced: 33 waiting at Production, about $659,901 already won and not moving.

Rising costs

Cost per seat, against the money it makes

What each person, agency and agent costs sits on the same screen as income and gross profit. An agent that costs more than the work it returns is visible in the place you would look anyway, not in a bill three months later.

Inadequate risk controls

Where it stops, written down before it runs

Every recipe names the point where it has to stop and ask you, before it runs. What the canvas does with that is watch: a run that goes past its own stop is detected and reported, and so is one that goes quiet, which is how agents fail. That is the loudest thing on the page.

Open the canvas

Read it back, and tell it what to do

One button that reads the whole canvas

Insights reads your canvas once and hands back a fact sheet: the chain, the weakest gear, the seats nobody owns, cost per lead by channel, conversion by source, and the ceilings nobody has set. An AI read sits on top, sorted into strong points, issues and opportunities. Every item cites the fact it came from, and every item that cannot trace back to one is dropped and counted. The fact sheet works signed out, on a trial ceiling; the AI read needs an AI connection.

Insights: a fact sheet computed from the canvas, and an AI read sorted into strong points, issues and opportunities, each item citing its fact.
Insights, read on the example business. Every figure under “Strong points”, “Issues” and “Opportunities” traces to a fact on the sheet above it.

The Assist is a command bar on the canvas: type what you want, get a plan back for a handful of bounded moves (spend on an offer, place a recipe, bind a holder to a seat), confirm it, and it runs.

Whose AI runs it

Bring your own AI account

A recipe runs on the AI platform and the connection you already hold: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or something else. We orchestrate and measure; we do not run your agents. The house account runs a bounded trial and nothing more.

Structure changes

Your canvas is never stranded

When the model changes shape, a stored canvas is carried forward rather than broken. An update to the product is not a reason to redraw your business.

Dark mode throughout: the canvas, the run and every level in it are the same drawing after dark, not a second one to keep in sync.
